Akumendo is born 14 years ago from the observation that AV & IT systems integrators where usually good at engineering those systems and installing them onboard, but they very often failed to deliver great User Interfaces and, further, great User Experiences... Nowadays, every AV controllers and home automation manufacturers provide their own tablet and smartphone app to somehow complement their own touch panels or remote controls… Many IT vendors have considered developing their own native apps or web apps dedicated to User Interfaces for informations, etc… But, from the End Users perspective, nothing unified, sleek and customizable to their requirements and unique personality…
Akumendo developed a platform for AV-IT Control, Media access and comprehensive Guests & Crew Informations onboard. Based on the solid grounds of open technologies.
